Pick-up center opening times:
The pick-up center is open for you from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and on Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Very simple: On the quick order form page, simply enter the article numbers from the catalogue, enter the quantity(s) and click on the shopping cart button. You then go through the purchase process as usual.

Of course! There is our business shop for commercial customers and our reseller shop for resellers with corresponding, favorable special conditions. Please register there and you will receive your personal activation shortly after your data has been checked.
You can pay conveniently and securely by PayPal, credit card (Visa/MasterCard), invoice (up to EUR 1500 order value) or direct debit. When picking up in Essen, cash payment or card payment is also possible.

How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs within Germany start at EUR 7.50 net and increase accordingly for larger shipments. Since the amount of the shipping costs depends on the number, product size, weight and number of packages, the shipping costs are calculated by us as with normal offline orders (by fax, email or telephone) as part of the order entry the currently valid DHL, GLS and forwarding agent shipping rates. We always choose the cheapest shipping method for you.

Tracking is possible when shipping with DHL. We will be happy to send you a tracking number on request. Unfortunately, items sent by consignment cannot be tracked.
Due to many customer inquiries, we have also introduced delivery by post/DHL to packing stations. When ordering, please indicate to which packing station the delivery is to be made.
We ship our goods only with qualified service providers such as GLS, DHL or forwarding. The transport of your order will be insured by us free of charge. Should you receive transport boxes that show outside damage please notify the carrier immediately and let them confirm the damage to the transport box. Of course, you can return the goods within the 14-day cancellation period for credit if you do not like them or complain about defects within the warranty period.

Goods purchased and declared as samples can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days for credit. Illuminants are generally non-returnable.
