Payment and Delivery

1. Delivery charges and methods of payment

KS delivers all goods directly to your home address - quickly, safely and reliably. If part of an order cannot be delivered immediately the remaining goods will be delivered free of charge.

1.1 Delivery charges

Delivery to commercially active customers is based on our General Terms and Conditions.

The prices are ex works. Packaging, freight, postage, shipping costs and insurance will be charged separately.

Since the amount of shipping costs depends on the number, product size, weight and number of packages, the calculation of shipping costs is done by us as for normal offline orders (by fax, e-mail or phone) as part of the order entry process based on the currently valid DHL, GLS, UPS and freight forwarding shipping rates.

We always choose the cheapest shipping method for you.

If you choose advance payment or Paypal payment as a payment method, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail after receipt of the order, in which the shipping costs incurred are calculated. You can then transfer the invoice amount including shipping costs by bank transfer or conveniently pay in advance via PayPal.

2. Subsequent delivery without charges

If one of several articles ordered is not immediately available we will inform you about the expected delivery date. Subsequent deliveries are carried out free of charge. Charges are therefore not higher for subsequent deliveries than as if the goods had been sent in one shipment. In the unlikely case of a supply shortage we will inform you forthwith.

3. General delivery times

We deliver by DHL, GHL, UPS, or use a forwarder. Please refer to the product description for delivery time. The displayed delivery time means: working days until shipment from stock Germany plus shipping time of the parcel service or freight forwarding!

4. Insured delivery

Transport damage has to be notified immediately!

The transport of your order will be insured by us free of charge. Should you receive transport boxes that show outside damage please notify the carrier immediately and let them confirm the damage to the transport box.

5. Minimum quantity surcharge

If the order value is less than 70,- EUR, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 8,- EUR.
